This includes guidance with CV writing, interview preparation, college and apprenticeship applications, and developing essential life skills like financial literacy and time management. Our tutors offer one-to-one mentoring and structured sessions that support personal growth, independence, and goal setting. By bridging the gap between school and adulthood, Fusion Learn helps these young adults move forward with purpose, confidence, and a clearer sense of direction.

Understanding personal budgeting, saving, and responsible spending
Planning travel routes using public transport and travel apps
Navigating time management, routine building, and self-organisation
Communication skills for workplace, interviews, and team settings

Where appropriate, these skills are formally accredited through external programmes or similar recognised qualifications, providing tangible evidence of progress and achievement.
