WHO WE WORK WITH
We work with a wide variety of organisations. These include:

LOCAL SCHOOLS
We work hand-in-hand with primary and secondary schools across Essex to help their students learn and, whenever possible, reintegrate them back into mainstream school. Fusion Learn covers students between Years 5 to 11, providing them with flexible support, both face to face and virtually.

LOCAL AUTHORITIES
We work closely with local authorities across Essex to support students who need an alternative route through education. We understand the pressures local authorities face in ensuring all young people receive a suitable education, and we’re here to help bridge the gap. By collaborating with local authorities, we help re-engage students, rebuild confidence, and prepare them for successful next steps—whether that’s reintegration into school, accessing further education, or gaining qualifications that lead to employment or training.

SEND PROVISIONS
We provide dedicated support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), tailoring our approach to meet each learner’s individual requirements. Our tutors are experienced in working with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. We adapt our teaching methods, pace, and environment to create accessible, engaging learning experiences. By working closely with families, schools, and professionals, we ensure that our provision aligns with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and wider support strategies.

OUTREACH PROVISONS
We also work in collaboration with local outreach provisions that refer students who need a more tailored and supportive learning environment. These outreach teams trust Fusion Learn to provide flexible, high-quality tuition that meets learners where they are— academically, emotionally, and socially.
Whether for short-term support or longer-term placement, we offer structured programmes that help students re-engage with learning, close gaps, and build the skills and confidence needed for their next educational steps.
